Collabary’s share of voice analysis is a great tool for gaining insight on the position of your brand and your competitors on Instagram. In addition to hashtags and mentions related to your own brand and your competitors, you can also search for industry keywords and other custom search terms. 

Follow the these steps to create a new share of voice report

1. Create the report

2. Add search term(s)

3. Select filters

4. Click “Run analysis”

1. Create the report

To create a new share of voice report, start by clicking on the new report under the “Insights” tab in the main navigation. If there is already a previously created report, you can add new a report by clicking on the green “Add new” button.

2. Add search term(s)

Once you’ve created the report entity, you can start adding your search terms to the report. Click on the green “Add new” -button to add a new search term and follow the instructions in the modal window. Repeat this process for all the search terms you want to include in your analysis.

3. Select filters

Before running your analysis remember to select the timeframe and included locations for your analysis. These will affect the included timeframe posts and content creator locations in your analysis.

4. Click “Run analysis”

The the setup is complete, click on the the green “Run analysis” -button to see results.

After running the analysis you will able to view the results as both graph and table format. The timeline graphs show the development over time for a single KPI, while the monthly summary tables allow you to get a detailed overview of all KPIs on a monthly level.

5. Save report

To save your report, click on the “Save report” -button. Give your report a name, fill in the optional report description and click save. You can now find your report the name you gave it under the “Insights” -tab.
